Faculty and Staff Honored for 10 Years of Service

Image removed.Members of the faculty and staff at ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College were honored recently for their years of service at the college.  Those employees honored for 10 years received umbrellas and included, l-r: Carl Rahr, Wellsville, assistant director, Technology Services; Wendy Fleming, Scio, senior financial aid adviser, Financial Aid; Ricky Richards, Wellsville, instructional support associate, Instructional Technologies; Ruth Phillips, cleaner, Facilities Services; Michael Colomaio, Hornell, lecturer, Social and Behavioral Sciences Department; Jeffrey Marshall, Dansville, associate professor and chair, Civil Engineering Technology Department; Jeffrey Hellwig, Olean, assistant professor, Computerized Design and Manufacturing Department; Janet  Kemp, Wellsville, keyboard specialist, Student Activities; Dr. Edward Tezak, Wellsville, SUNY distinguished professor, Mechanical Engineering Technology Department; Melody LaChiusa,  Hornell, senior staff assistant, Technology Services; and William Schultze, Alfred Station, senior staff assistant, Instructional Technologies.  Also honored, but missing from photo:  Sylvia Prestine, Friendship, keyboard specialist, University Police; Bradley Thompson, Wellsville, assistant professor, Electrical/Electronic Service Department; Joyce Venter, Canisteo, bursar, Student Accounts; and Tammy Wellington, Arkport, staff associate, Enrollment Services.  Honorees received a certificate and a college umbrella. This year's luncheon theme was Eat Fresh, Buy Local, Think Green, which hosted a variety of local vendors promoting their products and increasing awareness of the benefits of buying locally.
