Wilson Earns Another Honor

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College sophomore Neil Wilson (Ft. Worth, TX) has been named to the second team of the Basketball Coaches Association of New York All-NYS Junior College team.  Earlier in the year, Wilson was named 1st team All-Region and 1st team All-WNYAC.

Wilson led the Pioneers with a 16.7 point per game average.  He shot 45.6% from the field and made 41.6% of his three-point attempts.  Wilson finished the season with 82 3-pointers.  He also finished the season with 4.2 rebounds per game, 3.7 assists, and 1.4 steals.

Wilson scored in double figures in all but three of the blue & gold's 30 games.  He had more than 20 points in ten games (eight in the second half of the season) and finished the season with back-to-back 33 point games.

For his career Wilson finishes with 958 points (15.7 ppg), 236 rebounds (3.9 rpg), 183 assists (3 apg), and 95 steals (1.6 spg).

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï finished the year with a 12-18 overall record and advanced to the Region III Division II Tournament for the sixth straight season.
