Amanda Joyce-Phelps, a 2004 graduate of ±¬×߳Թϒs marketing program, was recently promoted to director of Allegany County United Way (ACUW).
According to The Olean Times Herald, Joyce-Phelps joined the ACUW in the summer of 2018 as program manager. Prior to this, she served as the Andover town clerk for nearly six years.
