Employers flocking to ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï for Spring Career Fairs

Career Fair
Organizations talk to prospective employers at a past ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï Career Fair.

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College students will have three opportunities in the upcoming weeks to meet with prospective employers as the college hosts three spring career fairs.

Run by the Career Development Office, career fairs allow current students to seek summer jobs, internships, and full-time careers. The Career Development offers a wide variety of services for students and alumni. These services include assistance with developing career plans and goals, resume development and critique, job/internships, interview preparation, mock interviewing, and a variety of classroom workshops.

Director of Career Development, Elaine Morsman, is excited for the opportunities ahead for the students. “It will be great to welcome back so many employers to the Spring Career Fairs. Many of these organizations will have recent ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï graduates representing them. We have seen the effectiveness of in-person career fairs over the years and cannot stress enough what a fantastic opportunity these are for students.â€

Currently there are 13 employers signed up to attend the Medical Career Fair focused on students in any medical related major or vet tech, 83 employers lined up for the Alfred Career Fair, and 73 for the Wellsville Career Fair.

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï boasts a 98% employment & continuing education rate.
