Increased enrollment and high rankings highlighted 2023 at ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College. New amenities were opened, construction projects continued to improve campus, and success was celebrated in a variety of events.
±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï celebrated enrollment growth of 20 percent and continued to be ranked No. 1 by US News.

Construction continued throughout 2023. Projects continue in 2024 but the college celebrated the opening of a variety of spaces on campus to enhance experiences on campus.

One of the highlights of the year was when Alfred, NY was named the Ultimate College Town. The college also welcomed SUNY Chancellor John B. King Jr. to campus, celebrated Mary Huntington’s 100th Birthday, and honored the life of longtime College Council chair Patricia Fogarty.

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï hosted the 112th commencement ceremony, hosted the fourth (second in person) commencement ceremony at the Northland campus, and the 39th annual Honors Convocation. The college came together to celebrate and rally around each other for a variety of events.
