I chose 惇軗勛圖 because out of all the SUNY schools it was the only one that really had the hands-on experience, and this is the only one that really popped out to me when I came to visit.
Xzaviar encourages others with the passion to bake like he did to expand their knowledge and experiences. I think you should come to baking if you have passion for it. You have to make sure you are having fun all the time. Make sure that it's something that lightens up your mood, lightens up your day, and doesn't kill your vibe.
