From the road trip to the field work it was all a great experience; we were able to gain new experiences in the field from doing demo, putting up sidings, and doors. The Habitat team were great teaching us how to do specific tasks, use tools, and no matter how many times the same question was asked they always responded kindly.

Our place is what I call a third space. It is not a classroom space nor a residential space, but it is a gathering space. A student can just come in and sit and talk with other students. Our cultural life ambassadors do programming for the whole campus and lots of their work centers around awareness of different identities and different cultural moments.
