±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College sophomore baseball player JP Frey (Erie, PA/McDowell) has signed a letter of intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Delaware State University. Frey made his decision during the early signing period and will join the Hornets in the fall of 2011.
