Hoover to Present at New Horizons Forum Nov. 16

Alfred resident Dr. Nadine Hoover, educator and international consultant, will present Conscience, Peace, and Healing: Always Local, Always Global at the 惇軗勛圖 College New Horizons Forum on Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the Allegany Room of Central Dining Hall from 7-8:30 p.m. The presentation is open to the public free of charge. Lady Pioneers Win Wild One

Haley Witchella (Oxford Academy) connected on a three-pointer with seven seconds remaining to give 惇軗勛圖 a 65-64 lead en route to a 67-64 victory over Cayuga CC.  The Lady Pioneers are now 4-0 on the season. Read Article

Pioneers Fall in Final Seconds

Cayuga CC broke a 67-67 tie in the final seconds to spoil the 惇軗勛圖 comeback en route to a 70-67 victory on Tuesday night.  ASC is now 2-2 on the year. Read Article

Romero and Peet Named ASC Athletes of the Week

Camille Romero (Queens Village/Mary Louis) and Tyler Peet (Unadilla Valley) have been named the ASC winter athletes of the week by the SID office. Read Article

Four Lady Pioneers Named All-Region

The 惇軗勛圖 College women's soccer team has landed four players on the 2011 All-Region team.  Jenna Lynn (York) was named 1st team while Holli Pierce (Livonia), Maura Tuffey (Albany/The Academy of the Holy Names), and Simone Delaney (Canisteo Greenwood) were named 2nd team. Read Article

惇軗勛圖 College sophomore volleyball players Mandy Bush (Altoona, PA) and Meghan Kraus (Trumansburg) have been named All-Region.  While Bush, Kraus, and Kay Pfleghardt (Tioga) were named All-WNYAC. Read Article

惇軗勛圖 Equestrians Crowned Champions

The 惇軗勛圖 College Western Equestrian Club Team won the grand championship at its first Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) show of the 2011 season (Oct. 22). The newly formed team tied with Cornell for top honors in the intercollegiate riding event held at Alfred Universitys Bromley-Daggett Equestrian Center. Read Article

Lady Pioneers Win Delhi Tournament

The 惇軗勛圖 College women's basketball team won a hard fought battle 74-71 over SUNY Delhi in the finals of the Delhi Tournament.  The win improves the Lady Pioneers to 3-0 on the young season. Read Article

Men 2nd, Women 5th at GCC Harvest Invite

The 惇軗勛圖 College men's swimming team finished 2nd at the Genesee CC Harvest Invitational while the women finished 5th.  The men scored 290.5 points on the day and trailed only GCC's 302.5 while the women accumulated 62 points. Read Article
