Commencement To Be Held Sunday, May 16

Nearly 900 two- and four-year graduates, their families, professors, and friends will be on hand Sunday, May 16 at noon, as ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College honors its 99th graduating class. Commencement exercises are scheduled to be held at McLane Center on neighboring Alfred University campus. Graduates will need to use the tickets in their graduation packets for their families’ admission. Read Article

ASC Receives $50,000 Gift

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College has received a gift of $50,000 from Laverne (’56) and Mary Lou Billings of Boynton Beach, FL, to support equipment purchases for the heavy equipment operations program. Read Article

ASC Reclaims Title at National BUV Competition

The ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï College BUV (basic utility vehicle) team returned to prominence by winning first place in the Main Division of the 10th Annual National Basic Utility Vehicle Competition in Indianapolis, IN. Read Article

Pioneers Race Past TC3 in Season Finale

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï scored the first 11 goals and led 17-1 at halftime as they capped their season with a 23-3 victory over Tompkins Cortland CC.  The Pioneers finish 5-9 overall and 5-7 in Region III play. Read Article

Sunday Baseball & Softball Washed Out

The scheduled baseball and softball doubleheader for Sunday April 25th have been washed out.  The baseball team was scheduled to play Onondaga CC and no make-up date has been announced while the softball team was scheduled to play Tompkins Cortland CC and will now play on May 8th beginning at 1 p.m. Read Article

Pioneers and Tribunes Split Wild DH

±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï and Monroe CC split a high scoring Region III Division II baseball doubleheader on Saturday afternoon.  Monroe won the opener 12-7 while Alfred won the nightcap 9-6. Read Article

Men's 4x400 Qualifies for Nationals

The ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï 4 x 400 relay team qualified for the NJCAA Division III National Championships with a strong performance at the SUNY G Invitational at Geneseo on Saturday. Read Article
