The ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï lacrosse team could never get anything going in a 27-6 loss at #4 Genesee CC. With the win the Cougars have now won seven straight (7-1) while the Pioneers fall to 3-6 (2-5 Region III).

The ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï baseball team dropped a heartbreaker 3-2 in 13 innings to Tompkins Cortland CC and could not recover in game two as they fell 10-0. The Pioneers are now 3-14 (2-5 Region III Division III) on the season.

For the third year in a row the ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï Football and Softball teams will host a Bone Marrow Registry Drive. The two previous drives have been larger than most in Western New York State and have averaged 130-140 registered with 40% multi-race (minority) registrants.

The ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï softball team had two run leads in both games heading to the bottom of the 7th but Erie CC rallied in both games for walk-off victories. The Kats won the opener 4-3 and the nightcap 8-7.

The ±¬×ß³Ô¹Ï men's track and field team finished 2nd while the women finished 3rd in a quad meet held at Pioneer Stadium. RIT's men team won the meet with 184 points while Alfred University won the women's competition with 196.5 points.
